Katie Wilson and the Two Time String Band are a modern bluegrass band based out of southern Connecticut. Winners of the 2010 Podunk Bluegrass Festival Band Competition, they perform regularly in the Northeast in an all-acoustic format. Their show features original compositions and choice covers in a strong, vocal-driven format. Visit their website!
Bring a chair or blanket, your favorite beverage and a light snack (no cooking allowed) and enjoy a relaxing night of great music.

The Sunday Morning Classical Concert Series this year features a selection of unique performances by a mix of talented student musicians from the Yale School of Music interspersed with surprise appearances from professional musicians who regularly perform at world renown venues in New York City and worldwide.
For members of the Bartlett Arboretum, entrance to the grounds and concerts is free. For non-members, a $5 per person entrance fee at the gate applies. Children under 12 are free. Concerts are scheduled to be outside in the gardens surrounding the original homestead of Dr. Francis A. Bartlett that currently serves as the Administration building for the arboretum. In case of inclement weather, concerts will be moved inside the new Silver Educational Center on the same grounds.

|Summertime Moving Meditation/Meditative Nature Walk

Summer is here and it is time for our third season of Moving Meditation at the Bartlett. Put on your sunscreen and hat to join us for a special outdoor class on the beautiful Bartlett Arboretum grounds. Learn how to enjoy nature in a new way. Please wear appropriate walking shoes/boots and clothing. The hike will take place in sun or showers.
This gentle walk is appropriate for anyone 15 years or older.
