Stamford Garden Club Lecture & Luncheon | The Stamford Garden Club presents a benefit lecture and luncheon with famed landscape architect and Vogue contributing editor, Miranda Brooks on Tuesday, April 9th. The public is invited to see the fresh and innovative landscape concepts of this well published (Vogue, Veranda, Architectural Digest, etc.) in a rare personal appearance.
Miranda Brooks studied art history at the Courtauld Institute in London and read Landscape Architecture at Birmingham University. She has been practicing as a Landscape Architect since 1991, and now runs a small practice in New York and contributes articles on houses and gardens for American Vogue.
Miranda Brooks Landscape Design, has worked all over the world including Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. From New York City to Sag Harbor to Saint Tropez, her broad range of work varies from small city projects to massive estate gardens and includes formal gardens as well as native meadow plantings.
Welcoming refreshments will be served in the Silver Education Building at the Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens located at 131 Brookdale Road in Stamford at 10:30 AM. The lecture and luncheon will follow.

Proceeds will benefit the philanthropic efforts of the Stamford Garden Club, a 501c3 organization.
