Birding at the Bartlett

  • Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens 151 Brookdale Road Stamford, CT 06903 (map)

This month is "rarity" birding time where birds make directional mistakes or just get blown off course by storms. You might see species from one coast show up on another or even birds from another continent! Join Dave Warne for a morning walk around the Bartlett grounds to look for rare bird sightings and other signs of the late autumn migration.

Dave has been an active birder for more than 30 years and watching birds at the Bartlett Arboretum for more than a decade.

Please wear sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing. Binoculars are welcome.
