Documenting Nature: Smart Phone Photography Workshop.

  • Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens 151 Brookdale Road Stamford, CT 06903 (map)

Spring is coming, at last! Time to celebrate nature’s beauty with our cell phone cameras.

This workshop includes a tour of the Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens by a Bartlett staff member followed by a photography lesson. Participants will explore the grounds, take photos and then come together to learn how to correct, enhance and transform images with the Snapseed phone app.  Snapseed is a very powerful but user-friendly app that will take your photos to the next level.

We will display participants’ work at a  future gallery show at the Stamford Art Association Townhouse Gallery.

All levels welcome, iPhones and Androids.

Instructor: Mary Ann Glass will lead this program. For the past 10 years, she has taught phone app workshops at art centers and galleries to students at all levels of expertise.  Class size is limited!

Fee: $115 for Members, $130 for Non-Members.
