In 1965 the State of Connecticut purchased F.A. Bartlett’s home and property, setting in motion the establishment of what today is the Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens.
To celebrate this milestone, the Bartlett is running a year-long series called 60 Years /60 Trees.

Members FREE! On Tuesday, May 13th, the Bartlett Horticulture Club will be have a pruning workshop, where you’ll learn the basics of how to properly prune a plant. We’ll then practice our skills in the Conifer Garden and help cleanup the garden.
